SHIKI FASHION TRADING(SFT) accepts returns and refund. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURN & REFUND
1. In the event that the package is returned to SFT due to the customer’s error in mailing address submitted (incorrect / insufficient address), or expired of the date of self-collect at courier branch, customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
2. All items can only be returned in exchange for credit voucher. You will receive a credit into your website account once we have processed your return. Sorry that we’re unable to provide any refund in cash. Then, drop a new order for the exchange item(s).
3. All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact).
4. Return/ exchanges are not applicable for accessories, leggings, invisible bras and SALE items.
5. Return/ exchanges must be applied within 3 days upon item received. The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon item received. Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reaches us.
6. Buyers are responsible for the return cost. This does not apply to faulty item.
7. All return/exchange will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
8. Kindly clarify those which are not counted as faulty/ defect items as below:
– Slightly off-line or snag at crochet/ knitted fabric.
– Washed (fade, shrink or other issues)
– Stain below 0.5cm, or can be washed.
– Defects caused by vandalism.
– Button holes do not open.
– Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
– There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please contact us your stats to gauge your best fit.
9. Buyers are requested to attach clear pictures to show the defected parts to process return of the item.
10. Kindly contact us to process your return / exchanges of faulty item or any other inquiry. Returns without notice will be rejected.
11. One time service for single order.

Customer who orders through-out other platform does not enjoy the return & exchanges benefit.
REFUND OF OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We provide cash refund for out of stock items. In case, buyers are requested to provide their bank account for cash transfer purpose.
